What is a Story Wrangler?

A story wrangler is a theatre maker (actors, teaching artists, improvisers) who come together to bring 3^rd graders stories to life. Duh.

What makes a Story Wrangler special?

The kids creativity and being able to bring these students an opportunity to see their ideas come to life. Giving them a chance to see that writing and creativity can be really fun. The students are equals in our creative process. We really need them to do all these shows.

What’s our favorite memory of being a Story Wrangler?

My first rehearsal and being nervous about what I was about to do. Then we read all of the wonderful stories. The kids create such great things. Then we created Monster, Fairy, Unicorn Party and I knew this was a great space.
